Macromolecular Materials Laboratory
Adarsh obtained his Ph.D. (Physics) from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras, Chennai, India. His thesis work involved synthesis and characterisation of carbon nanostructured materials, and their application as electrode materials in dye sensitised solar cells and hydrogen gas sensors. Subsequently, he worked on development of hybrid waveguide materials for luminescent solar concentrators at Trinity College Dublin, Ireland as a postdoctoral research fellow (2013-15).
Currently, as a postdoc at MML, he is working on synthesis of carbon nanotube fibres by floating catalyst CVD.
